Cameron's First Eye Exam
I took Cameron for his very first eye exam today. Overall it went fairly well.
Given the condition of my eyes and Amy's, I was relieved and somewhat surprised to find out that he didn't need glasses (yet). The doctor also did a few tests which confirmed the red-green color blindness that we've suspected for some time now. I was also pleased with Cameron's behavior. I think he was distracted by all the different pieces of equipment. Oh, and did I mention that it was almost impossible to get him to stand still long enough for the one machine to take his eye measurements? I'm starting to believe that children are born with a mild case of Parkinson's, which they eventually grow out of. So no glasses this time, but i'm sure it won't be long...
